How It Works
Book Your Cleaning
We give you several options to choose from to book your cleaning. You will be able to choose the best options for your busy work schedule. This will let us know the best way to service the needs of your home, or business by choosing the best date and time that's convenient for you. We require a 48-hour notice for any cleaning service you may need.

You can book your cleaning with 3 different options:

2. In-Person Consultation,
3. Video Consultation
Confirmation Emails & Reminders
Once you have booked, you will receive a “BOOKING CONFIRMATION” that will confirmed all information for your appointment. This email will give a detail about your appointment and how to prepare plus what to expect.

As you await the day of your consultation or you're cleaning you will get several reminders both via our automated emails & text reminding you that your appointment is coming up, so you don’t forget.

Our Terms and Conditions can give you the proper understanding of rescheduling you're the appointment if things come up and you need to reschedule.
On The Day Of Your Appointment
The day of your appointment of any of the booking you have chosen, you will receive an email confirmation with information on how you will need to be properly prepared for what to expect of your appointment.

Quote Form:
An email will be sent within 24-48 hours with your quoted price

In-Person Consultation:
We will arrive at your booking time along with a checklist of the services you requested.

Zoom Video Consultation:
You will receive an invitation link within your email confirmation.

You can also fill out our contact information form for any questions comments or concerns.
Supplies & Equipment
We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment needed, if you prefer us to use your products, just notify us and leave it out on the day of cleaning.
Magic Hands will not be held liable for any damage caused by homeowners products or the wear and tear use of clients equipment.
